Premio Dardos Award

Today, my amazing blogger friend, Dianne, has given me an award.
This award is given for recognition of cultural, ethical, literary, and personal values transmitted in the form of creative and original writing and art work ...that's the general idea. I am really thrilled to receive it. Thank you for your unwavering support Dianne.

The rules of this award are as follows:
*Show the image of the award on your blog.
*Link back to the blog that gave the award.
*Nominate 15 other blogs that you consider deserving the same. (How Many?)
*Leave a message on the blogs of those you’ve selected.

OK, here is my list of fabulous bloggers:
Today I have been painting. A friend gave me some freesias ( my Mums' favourite flowers) and I thought 'great, good subject'. Well, three times I wiped it off, and then gave up. I have usually painted flowers with watercolour and found oils just don't convey the delicacy I was after. No awards for my efforts today, Dianne!
I carried on with 'Man + Boy', but I won't post that again until it is finished.
Thanks for your visit, don't forget to comment or, at least register your 'reaction'.
Happy painting.

Thanks for the kind words! I agree, flowers are so delicate and really lend themselves to watercolour rather that oil. Hope you did a watercolour!

I was gonna nominate you for this award, but I see your playing the game too!! It's great for me as I discover so many other blogs of note. Glad to see you are still working away. I find flowers really hard to paint, like you I prefer watercolour for these. I find it quite relaxing to play around with this medium. Keep up the good work!!

Thank you, ladies, no, Dianne I didn't do a watercolour and the flowers have wilted now. Where have I put them, anyway!???
Carolann, yes, someone gets there before me too, when ir comes to nominating for these awards! I find watercolours very difficult, not relaxing at all!

Thanks for including me on your list, Sharon. You're a favorite of mine, too. I vote for taking off the "poll" from your posts. We love your work and I'd hate to think of inviting anyone to actually click the merely Nice button, much less the Rubbish one. Just assume we hold you and your work with the highest of regard. So there.
