Chain 10" x 10" Oil

I went along to a local art group this afternoon, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. It is the first one I have found here that has a programme, and I like that, because it gives you a chance to do stuff that you might otherwise not even think about. Hence the chain. I would never in a million years think of painting a chain. I like it, but I have a mischievous notion to put a little man sitting on it!
I hope this is the start of getting back into the swing of things, painting wise, my apologies for the neglect.
Happy painting, one and all ( hope you are still there)

It's a very unusual painting and it works very well. I like the colours used. Our group has a programme too and sometimes I think the subject is boring but it turns out really good. Glad you like your new painting group.

Still keeping an eye open for your paintings, Sharon. What an incredible subject - who would have thought of painting a chain - great work!

Never saw such a cool chain! I would have said, "Are you kidding me?" You've done it beautifully...
