More Progress, Not A Lot, But Still Some Progress

I have been doing an hour here, a couple there, and I can see the light way down at the end of the tunnel! Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying every second. Each portrait is practise and honing my particular technique. You can't call it work....can you!??

Took these along to WA , where the topic today was still water. Most people were busy with water-lilies, but I much prefer faces!

Didn't have long in the studio today so I concentrated on just one of the portraits. Must find out their names!

For Mike

I met a lovely man, Mike Stacey, last week at the Park House Hotel, Sandringham, which caters for the physically disabled and their carers. I demonstrated portrait painting. and Mike was so happy with the painting I did of him that he has commissioned me to paint his family! Wow! 

So here I have made a start, electing to do them together so there is a continuity.
