A packed house today, with everyone wanting to paint boats and water, which was the brief for today. A few of the ladies agreed to let me post their glorious work on here.
I painted mine, again using the bare board to denote the sand, which is basically blue and orange. Can't go wrong can it? I think I rushed it, and looking at it now I really think the painting would benefit if the foreground boats were a bit bigger. The sky and the sand could be better too!
A wonderful afternoon nevertheless.

Some very fine pieces here from the WA, Sharon. Is your piece one of Welles-Next-The-Sea? I've only been there once. Fabulous feeling of Norfolk light in there.

ah, now no complaints about your boats painting---what I love about it is the sunshine on the white boats (AND, of course the complimentary colors). Everyone else did a fine job too. Can't wait to see what your next group thing will be
